Digital Scholarship Hub
Welcome to the Digital Scholarship Hub (DiSH)!
About the DiSH
The Digital Scholarship Hub (DiSH) is a student-centric library space where workshops are held to enhance student research skills and to connect students with tools and strategies for working with data. Digital Scholarship is a broad concept that refers to using digital tools and methods to answer scholarly inquiries, conduct research, and publish scholarly products. This covers a wide range of topics surrounding citations, finding resources, online tools, and creating a paper or project for class or to be published in your scholarly community. The DiSH is the home base for scholarly work that engages with data and digital content. The library prides itself on developing forward- thinking educational programming, and this space aligns with our mission to support innovation, access, and scholarly excellence.
DiSH Workshops
Librarians, graduate students, content experts, and other campus partners plan and facilitate workshops in collaboration with the greater UMassD community, establishing the DiSH as a true hub of cross-disciplinary knowledge creation. Would you like to facilitate a workshop or is there a topic you would like to see covered? Reach out to Emma Wood, Scholarly Communication Librarian.
